Adv. Noa Klau-Levin

Noa is the real estate partner in the office. She specializes in project entrepreneurships and in the urban renewal field, including evacuation-construction projects and the National Outline Plan (N.O.P.) 38.

In the framework of extensive activity in this field, Adv. Klau-Levin represents entrepreneurs, contractual companies and owners of land rights in entrepreneurial agreements, purchase and sale of rights agreements, cooperation agreements, combination agreements, work implementation and project management agreements.

Furthermore, Adv. Klau-Levin assists in legal counseling of financing agreements Vis à Vis banks and financing bodies. Adv. Klau-Levin counsels project management companies, as well as entrepreneurial and contractual companies in all aspects of their activities, both in the framework of their projects and in their ongoing corporate and commercial activities.  

In the framework of urban renewal projects, among them N.O.P. 38/1 and N.O.P. 38/2, Adv. Klau-Levin represents residents and apartment owners, and assists them in the processes of selecting an entrepreneur and contractor, as well as negotiating contracts with them.

Adv. Klau-Levin participated in the drafting of laws concerning real estate, construction and infrastructure, including legislative amendments, decrees and regulations.

Additional Activities

Noa is an extreme sports enthusiast, a marathon runner and has initiated a group of runners consisting of the firm's employees.
