Arbitration and Mediation

There is a specific department in the firm for arbitration and mediation, in the framework of which the senior partners of the firm conduct mediation and arbitration proceedings. The mediators and arbitrators in the firm receive cases mainly from the courts, at different stages of the hearings. Furthermore, the firm receives cases referred by the Israel Institute for Business Arbitration, the Bar Association, from governmental bodies and private entities.

Attorney Gilead Sher was nominated by The 2015 international Expert Guides on Commercial Arbitration as one of the six leading Israeli practitioners in the field.

The department offers a diverse staff in different areas of law: in commercial law, administrative law, civil disputes, labor law and family law. The mediation and arbitration procedures take place in a professional atmosphere in both branches of the office, in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, while maintaining a discrete and a to-the-point approach.

The firm has set for itself the goal of promoting solutions to disputes using alternative means (ADR), in order to enable the parties to reach a solution to the disputes, while maintaining confidentiality of the discussions, and from a point-of-view that disputes should be resolved rapidly in order to leave them behind and devote resources to future activity.

In addition, the firm acts as a representative of its clients in international mediation and arbitration institutions (Litigation Department).
