Adv. Rinat Laniado
A commercial lawyer needs to execute the client's aspirations while seeking to cooperate with the other party's counsel in executing such aspirations and applying creative thinking. One should be cautious, but also see the future optimistically, just as the parties see it when they wish to enter a mutual agreement.

Rinat Laniado manages the firm's International Department.

In the framework of the international department, Rinat Laniado deals with enterprises and companies in the fields of technology, bio-technology, clean-tech, as well as commercial companies operating in Israel and abroad.

The department also deals with licensing and other IP transfer agreements, as well as remuneration agreements prevalent in the high-tech world (options agreements and managerial agreements).

Rinat Laniado regularly provides corporate legal advice to companies, management personnel and boards of directors.
